Thank you for booking with ICONIC LA. All patients must wear a mask upon entrance. If you are sick or feel sick, please stay home or we must send you home without refunding your deposit, no exceptions. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. A 50% deposit non-refundable is required at booking which will go towards your treatment. Cancellations must be before 24 hours of your appointment to receive your deposit.
